Broadcast Duo Return To Prime-Time Television Celebrating 25th Year In The Business
RFD-TV and RFD HD are proud to add Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase to our family of programmers. Thursday, January 17, 2008, country music’s premiere broadcast team began the celebration of their 25th year together by returning to prime-time television with the launch of the Crook & Chase show—a new, one-hour Jim Owens production originating before a “live” studio audience, weekly, from Opryhouse Studio A.

Superstars Garth Brooks, George Jones and the Oak Ridge Boys kicked off the premiere episode of the new Crook & Chase show and debuted on RFD-TV at 9:00 p.m. ET. Georgette Jones, daughter of Jones and Tammy Wynette, also entertained the audience with a special performance.
"We wanted to start the new year and the new show with a bang, and I believe we have accomplished that," said co-host Charlie Chase. "Our goal was to set the tone of our new show right off the bat -- that we're here to bring the entertainment world's brightest and best into the homes of our viewers-- from the legends and superstars to the new up and comers."
“The response to the new show from the artists has been tremendous, as evidenced by the superlative guest lineup of our first show,” added producer Jim Owens.
Each week this broadcast dynamic duo enjoys three (3) airings on RFD-TV and three (3) airings on RFD HD. RFD-TV airings include Thursday evening 9pm EST, Friday morning 11am EST and Saturday evening 7pm EST. RFD HD airings include Friday morning 9am EST, Friday evening 11pm EST and Sunday morning 7am.
